As a private High-Tech enterprise, St.Cera Co., Ltd. (“St.Cera”) has its headquarter located in High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Changsha City, Hunan Province. In 2019, St.Cera had its wholly-owned subsidiary in Pingjiang High-tech Area, Yueyang City. It covers an area of about 30 acres with construction area of about 25,000 square meters.
